Catering is provided exclusively by our in-house Chef, Hussein Tas of Elevated Catering. Hussein has worked for Neil Perry’s Rockpool Catering, Rick Stein and 5 star European caterer Kaffer Party Service München in Munich.
Our Corporate menu include morning or afternoon teas with delicious house made cookies, muffins and Danish pastries. Luncheon options include rolls, wraps and sandwiches along with a selection of divine hot savoury options.
Tas of Elevated sources the finest Tasmanian produce to offer a appetising selection including Confit of Huon Salmon beetroot mousse and fennel salad, Grilled Nichols chicken wrapped in prosciutto, sage, parmesan polenta and testarossa salsa. Or a Buffet Style Menu with chef’s taster plate starters, choices of roast meat and Herbed oven roasted vegetables.
Inviting Pavlova roulade with seasonal fruits or Anvers chocolate brownie warm fondant sauce and Chantilly cream will be tempting to all guests.
A range of options are available with premium beers, mixers, red and white wines and soft drinks on offer.
